White patterns surround bright clear colors depicting the beautiful pattern of box of nagas (mythological river serpents) up the center of this textile, with diamonds of flowers on either side. These cheerful colored flowers pop off of the deep red ground. This textile is handwoven from village-raised, hand-reeled, naturally dyed silk. The textile is bordered by silkworm cocoons cut and inverted to resemble flowers.
