Purchasing and Terms
When you select an item for purchase, it will be listed below under "Purchase Summary" with its price.
When you are done shopping, please fill in your personal information and click the "purchase items" button. We will process your order promptly, usually within 24 hours, and bill you through Paypal unless directed otherwise. See below for shipping details.
Above the Fray: Traditional Hilltribe Art accepts credit cards, Paypal, personal checks (U.S. Banks only), money orders and bank transfers.
Our preferred method of payment is to use Paypal. Unless we are instructed otherwise, we will send you an email billing statement directly from Paypal where you can use your personal credit card with no fees. Items are shipped immediately after payment is confirmed.
If you prefer to pay us directly using your credit card, we will call you to confirm your credit card information.
If you prefer to pay with personal check, money order of bank transfer, we will email and confirm with you the total payment and our mailing address. All checks must clear before purchases are sent. This process may take up to two weeks.
Shipping and Insurance:
Shipping and insurance is free if your total order is $100 or more.
Shipping is $9.50 if your total order is under $100.00.
Shipping and insurance will be calculated and confirmed with you before the order is processed. All international purchases are final.
Items are sent, insured, using USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise arranged. Extra large items may be sent using United Parcel Service (UPS).
We strive to accurately portray our products' quality, colors and condition, and we encourage purchasers to make inquiries for additional photos and information prior to shipping. However, if you are not pleased with your purchase, or if it arrives damaged, please notify us immediately.
We accept returns with the following conditions:
a) We must receive phone or e-mail notification within one week of receipt of the item. We will reply with specific return instructions.
b) Item must be returned within two weeks of receipt with the same shipping method and insurance as originally used and in original packaging if appropriate.
c) Refund of purchase price will be made as soon as we receive the item and if damage has not been incurred due to improper handling or re-packaging.
All international purchases are final.
