Name: Silk Shaman Cloth
This is a distinctive and unusual piece in our collection, with larger mythical figures covering the textile. The primary figure is a siho (mythical elephant-lion) whose trunk turns into a naga (mythical river serpent), and which is pregnant with a single- and a double-headed crested naga, and with a small hong bird below its belly. The primary design is surrounded by additional naga, and flowers. Photo of weaver included.
