Name: Purple Naga Stripe Scarf
Another tricky color to present on the web, this purple is a deep, rich, complicated blend of a claret red warp and dark blue weft, creating the shimmer often present with silk textiles (the most accurate photos for coloring are on the hanger and on the mannequin). The pattern of two-headed crested naga (mythical river serpents) with flowers is bordered each time with two bands of flower patterns all between rows of hook patterns. The supplemental weft brocade patterning is in a light tan with claret, royal blue, pink, old gold, forest green light blue, and mauve designs. Comes with a photo of the weaver.
