Name: Lahu Necklace
We were told this is a Hmong necklace, but our research shows that it is more akin to the Lahu or maybe Akha necklaces worn bye the people in Laos. Regardless, it is a delightful necklace, with a hook and ring closure in back, engraved with circle, wave, bird and vine patterns, and with flower-shaped bells hanging from the main circular ring and the flower-shaped "buckle" and pendant. The color is a dark pewter with gold, red, and blue highlights that are hard to show in the photos. This necklace can be polished to a much brighter silvery shine, but has been left in its original condition to preserve the patina.
